We're currently partnering with a leading independent corporate finance advisory firm in Amsterdam that is looking to hire an M&A Associate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team advising entrepreneurs, private equity investors and corporates on domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of dynamic sectors.
About the Role
The role:
- Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Build financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare client presentations and transaction materials
- Coordinate due diligence processes
- Work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal lifecycle
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of M&A investment banking experience
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
- Fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam
